Viton
Viton (fluroelastomer) was introduced in 1957 to meet the needs of the aerospace industry for a high performance elastomer. Its elastic and rubber-like qualities make it idea for the manufacture of key components such as Viton O rings and V rings, Viton cord and Viton gaskets. It is now widely used across cutting-edge industries such as chemicals, fluid power and pharmaceuticals.
Gasket Sheeting / Seals
We ensure we always keep high stock levels of all forms of flexible sheeting used to produce gaskets for every requirement, including: cork sheeting, black rubber sheeting, paper sheeting, PTFE sheeting and Tesnit sheeting.
Autoclave Spares
TYM have been supplying hospitals and sterilisation engineers with tailor-made steriliser parts for thirty years. We have extensive expertise and experience in in-house manufacturing of autoclave spares, and TYM silicone rubber products contain a heat stabilizing compound developed by us over many years. All spares are dispatched on a 24-hour delivery basis.
Mouldings & Gaskets
TYM have been producing and cutting in-house bespoke silicone, Viton gaskets and black rubber gaskets and mouldings for more than a decade using the very latest machinery and manufacturing techniques.
