Standard bore sizes: 13mm to 100mm
Most standard sizes available from stock in 90° and straights. We are also able to offer Shaped, Multiple bends and Reducing hoses in reinforced EPDM (subject to minimum batch quantities).

Mat’l : Silicone Rubber (to SAE J20 Class A)
Layers of reinforcement : 2 to 5 Ply knitted Poly
(For Higher temperature applications Aramid reinforcement is used)
Typical Temp Range : -40° to 170°C (Aramid upto 225°C)
Typical Min Working Pressure : 3.0 Bar (safety factor 3:1)
Material colour : Blue, Black, (Plus Bright Red, Green and Translucent)
Intended Typical Applications : Radiator/Coolant/Heater Systems
Hot/Cold Air Systems (CAC/Turbo)
