TESNIT® Non Asbestos Sheet
DONIT® TESNIT® are high quality compressed fiber gasket sheets, composed of synthetic or mineral fibers, fillers, and a vulcanized rubber binder. They have different thermomechanical properties and chemical resistance to endure at different loadings, even the most demanding conditions. Among wide range of gasket sheets in DONIT® TESNIT® product line you can find the perfect material to fulfill your needs.

N-8094
N-8094 is a low density gasket material that conforms well to irregular flange surfaces and has very good crush resistance at high flange pressures. It is intended for sealing oils, fuels, and water in applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 180°C (350°F).

Head Gasket & Manifold Material
The material is triple layered composite, consisting of asbestos free fibre facings, mechanically laminated onto both sides of a 0.25mm thick tanged tinplated steel core.

Silver Manifold Material
The material is triple layered composite, consisting of asbestos free fibre inside, mechanically laminated onto both sides is a tanged tinplated steel. This is a general purpose manifold gasket material for medium rated engines.

ISO Varnished Glass
Iso Varnished Glass Sheet is a woven fabric coated with an isophtalate resin. The material is used where a flexible high temperature, high dielectric strength insulating tape is required. It can be supplied in sheet form or cut into gaskets.

Because of its ability to seal against petrol, oil and water at low cost, Flexoid is used extensively by leading British, European and US automotive manufacturers. Limited uses in industrial markets because of relatively low heat and chemical resistance compared with non-asbestos materials.

Nitrile Bonded Cork Sheet
The buoyance of natural cork is used to good effect in petrol and oil level gauges, but the most important application of cork in the automotive industries is in cork-and-rubber gaskets. The material used combines the compressibility and resilience of cork with the high mechanical strength and dimensional stability of rubber, making them the best substances of such automotive applications as oil pan gaskets, valve cover gaskets and timing gear cover gaskets.
